before & after
personal result KSENIA ROSE
At 32, I started noticing early signs of aging and puffiness, so I began doing facial exercises. I didn’t expect such results — the longer I practiced, the more cumulative improvements I saw. My shoulders straightened, my posture improved, my neck lengthened and returned to its proper position, my eyelids and cheeks lifted and my face became more contoured. I also learned how to manage puffiness — if my face gets puffy, I do the exercises and the puffiness goes away.
I’m 40 and my face is completely natural. I’ve never had injections or cosmetic procedures — it has always been important for me to maintain my natural appearance. I’ve also been prone to allergies since childhood, so cosmetic procedures are simply not suitable for me. Even finding suitable skincare products can be challenging, as my skin is very sensitive and prone to various allergies and irritations. My goal was to find a natural, safe, effective and simple facial care routine.
The first technique I mastered that gave me lasting results was facial exercises and later I added other natural rejuvenation methods. I began practicing them in 2017 and over time my results continued to improve. The effect is cumulative and stable — that’s how natural facial rejuvenation works. Now I only need to maintain the results I’ve achieved. I love my pleasant self-care routine, enjoy doing facial exercises and self-massage. Thanks to natural rejuvenation techniques, I’ve been able to restore and improve my face while preserving its natural beauty.

In practice, I combine them into one personalised treatment, tailored to each individual. All techniques work together to enhance the overall result.
Uniqueness of Massages & Courses
These are just some of the techniques I use in my work
is a deep facial massage technique performed through the oral cavity, targeting muscles both externally & internally. It improves the condition of the middle & lower thirds of the face, working deeply on the cheeks & jaw area. The massage relieves tension, relaxes the chewing muscles, reduces jaw clenching, promotes lymphatic drainage and helping to reduce puffiness, giving the face a naturally lifted and refreshed appearance
Buccal massage
is a gentle technique aimed at stimulating the lymphatic system and removing excess fluid. It helps reduce puffiness, improves circulation, supports detoxification and gives the face a fresh, rested appearance
Lymphatic drainage massage
are multi-benefit masks that hydrates, moisturizes, cools, tones and help reduce inflammation. Tailored to your skin’s needs, they are included in all facial massages
Hydrojelly Masks
is a hands-on technique that works deeply into the facial and neck muscles to naturally lift and sculpt the face. Using manual movements, it helps release tension, improve tone, reduce puffiness and smooth the face. This massage leaves the skin with a natural glow
Sculpting facial massage
improves lymphatic drainage, reducing puffiness that makes the face look heavier and stretches the soft tissues, which can lead to sagging. This technique provides a lifting effect, enhances circulation, relaxes the facial muscles and supports a more rejuvenated appearance. My unique technique combines cupping massage with facial muscle training
Facial Сupping massage
is a quick, relaxing technique that uses a special roller. The massage has a light effect: it can help reduce mild puffiness, refresh the skin and support a more rested look. It also helps relax the muscles and ease tension after a long day
Facial Roller Massage
uses a special stone and series of techniques designed naturally sculpt, lift the face and improve lymphatic drainage. It helps reduce puffiness, relieve tension in the facial and neck muscles and promotes deep relaxation, leaving the face looking fresh
Facial Gua Sha Massage
is a set of exercises for the facial muscles aimed at naturally rejuvenating the face, neck and improving posture. It can be compared to body training: with regular practice, it helps refine facial contours, lengthen the neck, straighten posture, improve skin density, reduce puffiness and soften expression lines. It is a natural alternative to injections and other cosmetic rejuvenation procedures
Face Fitness
is a technique focused on the delicate eye area. It helps reduce puffiness, improve skin tone and smooth the area around the eyes. The massage relieves tension and gives the eyes a more open, fresh and well-rested appearance. Gentle work with the tissues supports a natural lifting effect
Natural Blepharo Lift Eye Massage
traditional Japanese techniques that work deeply with the facial structure — muscles, fascia, ligaments and bone alignment. They restore facial balance, improve circulation and support a natural lifting effect, releasing tension, reducing puffiness and enhancing contours for a more defined, refreshed look
Japanese Facial Massage Techniques (Kogao • Korugi • Kobido)
involve working across all layers of the face to improve skin tone, lift the tissues and create a natural lifting effect. The technique relaxes the muscles, reduces tension and activates lymphatic drainage, leaving the face looking more toned
Manual Facial Massage Techniques
is a technique focused on working with the deeper layers of the skin, muscles and fascia. It activates lymphatic drainage and helps smooth the skin while deeply relaxing the face. Working with the fascia — the connective tissues surrounding the muscles and other structures — helps restore their mobility, supporting natural lifting and improving facial contours
Myofascial Facial Massage
are methods that deeply relax the muscles and release tension throughout the face and body. They help reduce stress levels and restore a sense of balance. These techniques create calm and inner harmony, leaving the face looking refreshed and rested

F.A.Q.
frequently asked questions
1. Will I see results after just one session?
You’ll notice visible changes after the first session — the face becomes lighter, the contours more defined and the skin gains a natural glow.
Facial massage improves blood circulation, enhances lymphatic drainage and relaxes facial muscles. As a result, the skin looks fresher, puffiness decreases and facial features appear more lifted and refined.
However, every face responds differently. The duration of the result depends on regularity, lifestyle, inner state, accumulated tension and visible signs of aging.
Facial massage works like fitness for the body: with regular practice, muscles remember their natural position, tension fades and the effect become deeper. It’s a gentle process of restoration, deep relaxation and lymphatic activation that keeps the face alive, lifted and naturally balanced.
It’s hard to describe in words the sensations and effects after my massage — it’s something special. You just need to try it once to feel it for yourself.
We accumulate tension, stagnation and other issues for years, so real recovery takes time and care.
2. Will facial massage help if my face looks tired and puffy?
Yes, lymphatic drainage and deep muscle work improve circulation, reduce fluid retention and effectively reduce puffiness. The skin appears fresher, firmer and naturally well-rested.
3. Will facial massage help with jaw tension and teeth clenching?
Yes, facial massage combines various techniques that help release jaw tension, relieve tightness in the chewing muscles and reduce discomfort.
I work both externally and inside the mouth, gently relaxing the deep facial muscles and releasing built-up tension. By freeing the connective tissues from tightness, the massage restores a feeling of lightness and ease.
Regular sessions gently relieve the accumulated tension in the jaw muscles that builds up in everyday life.
4. Is the facial massage painful?
My facial massages are about deep relaxation and gentle work with the tissues. The techniques are delicate and caring.
During the session, you may feel light pressure, warmth or gentle stretching — these sensations are natural as the muscles release tension and start functioning properly.
If the muscles are very tight, you may notice a mild "good soreness" feeling in some areas.
When the muscles have been under strong tension, you might notice slight muscle sensitivity the next day. It’s a natural response as the body adjusts to a new, more relaxed state and releases long-held tension.
With each session, I gently and progressively relax the muscles, restoring their flexibility and natural alignment.
The massage brings a feeling of release and lightness, as the face and neck finally relax after accumulated stress, blocks and tension. It leaves a special sense of calm and inner lightness —
a state you’ll want to return to again and again.
5. How often should I get a facial massage?
Every person is unique — facial anatomy, tension levels, puffiness, posture, lifestyle and personal goals are always different. That’s why there is no universal schedule — the frequency of treatments is always individual.

  • One-off massage
You can book a single massage session — it helps relax facial muscles, activate lymphatic flow, release accumulated tension and provides a noticeable anti-stress effect for the face and neck. After the session, the face often feels lighter and more refreshed.

  • Course of treatments
Most often, I recommend a course of 3−7 sessions once a week, followed by maintenance treatments 1−2 times per month. This approach helps gently release chronic tension and gradually improve and maintain the condition of the face and neck.

  • Maintenance option
Many clients choose facial massage 1−2 times per month or come less frequently — once every few months — at a rhythm that feels comfortable for them. This is also a valid and effective option.

After the first session, I provide individual recommendations if needed. To maintain results, consistency is important — in a format that suits you best.
In practice, many people return again and again because after the massage they feel lightness, calmness and a boost of energy, puffiness is reduced and the face looks more relaxed and naturally lifted.
6. Why does the face reflect how we live?
We live under constant stress and in a fast rhythm — tension, emotions and fatigue gradually build up and show on the face.
Our inner state is reflected in the body — creating tightness, blocks and distortions. Over time, the muscles lose flexibility, lymph flow slows down and the face starts to look tired and puffy.
Facial massage is a natural way to restore balance and keep the muscles and tissues healthy. It helps release tension, stimulate lymph flow, improve tone and bring back a light, refreshed look.
Regular sessions act as prevention — helping you avoid reaching the point where your face and body are asking for help.
It’s self-care that works best when it’s consistent — like a regular check-up for your car — keeping your face naturally youthful, relaxed and fresh.
7. What makes the Face Fitness Course unique?
You take the course live with me — not just through recordings.
The key feature of my approach is that you never start your practice on your own, without preparation.
Before you move to independent training, we go through the entire program together.
I explain each exercise in detail, correct your technique and give personalised recommendations, taking into account your individual features, harmful facial habits and goals.
Thanks to this foundation, your home practice becomes safe, correct and truly effective.
8. How does Face Fitness Course work?
Training is held in small groups or one-on-one sessions. During the training, I work individually with each participant, guide hand placement, explain the technique in detail and help you master each exercise so that you perform it correctly.
You receive personalised recommendations and answers to your questions, taking into account the features of your face, neck and posture. The main goal of the training is to pass on the technique in a  hands-on way, so that after the course you can practise confidently and independently at home.
After the training, you receive access to exercise recordings for 3 months, allowing you to practise independently at your own time.
9. Do I need any experience before starting the Face Fitness Course?
No, you don’t need any experience.
You will learn all the exercises step by step during the course and I explain how to perform them correctly, taking into account your individual facial features.
The course is suitable for people of different ages and fitness levels.
10. When will I see the results?
Some people notice the first changes after the very first sessions or within the first few weeks of practice — it depends on individual features. For some, changes appear faster, for others a little more gradually.
With regular practice, the effect builds up over time. After around 1−3 months, many people notice that the results become more visible and stable — the face looks fresher, more lifted and more youthful, when the techniques are performed consistently and my recommendations are followed and with continued practice the changes may gradually deepen.
Another important part of achieving results is paying attention to everyday harmful facial expression habits. Lowering the head and pressing the chin to the neck, slouching, sitting in tense positions, pursing the lips, frowning or tightening the forehead day after day increases tension in the face and neck. The exercises help release this accumulated tension and gentle awareness and self-control throughout the day can significantly enhance the effect of your practice. I explain this in detail during the Face Fitness Course.
Over time, many people enjoy the exercises so much that they become a pleasant beauty ritual and a way to care for themselves.
It’s a special feeling when, using your own hands, you gradually lift the eyelids, reduce puffiness, soften the forehead and frown lines and release facial tension. You begin to feel lightness, tone the cheeks and cheekbones, notice your shoulders opening and your posture improving — and this natural rejuvenation practice becomes an enjoyable part of your self-care.
11. Why is it worth learning Face Fitness exercises with a trainer?
Working with a trainer in person helps you learn the exercises correctly, notice and correct mistakes and adapt the technique to your individual facial features. The main value of the training is a hands-on transfer of technique, so you clearly understand how and why each exercise is performed.
The training is based on an individual approach, taking into account problem areas, harmful facial expression habits, face type and age-related changes. Every face is different and the same technique may suit one person but not another. A trainer helps you choose the most suitable technique and adapts the exercises when needed. Because everything is explained in detail, mistakes are minimised from the start.
After the training, you gain a skill that allows you to practise independently, confidently and consciously, supporting a more relaxed and refreshed appearance through natural facial rejuvenation techniques.
