At 32, I started noticing age-related changes, so I began doing facial exercises. I didn’t expect such results and the longer I did the exercises, the more I noticed cumulative improvements. My shoulders straightened, my posture improved, my neck lengthened and adopted the correct position, my eyelids and cheeks lifted and my face became more contoured. I also learned how to get rid of puffiness—whenever my face becomes puffy, I do the exercises and this issue no longer bothers me.
I am 39 years old and my face is completely natural. I have no experience with injections or cosmetic procedures. First, it has always been important for me to maintain my natural appearance. Second, I have had an allergy tendency since childhood, so I simply cannot undergo any procedures. Even finding suitable skincare products is challenging, as my skin is very sensitive, prone to various allergies and irritations. My goal was to find a natural, safe, effective and simple facial care routine.
The first technique I mastered, which gave me lasting results, was facial exercises and later I added other methods of natural rejuvenation. I’ve been practicing for over 7 years and with each year, the results keep improving. The effect is cumulative and stable—that’s how natural facial rejuvenation methods work. Now, I only need to maintain the results I've achieved. I love my enjoyable self-care routine and happily do the exercises and self-massage.
