Face Gym Course
Face Fitness is a set of exercises for facial muscles aimed at natural rejuvenation of the face and neck, as well as improving posture. The program includes strengthening, lifting and relaxing exercises. Many people lead a healthy lifestyle, go to the gym and train their body muscles — but no one thinks about facial muscles and that they can also be trained just like the rest of the body!
Self-Rejuvenation Training
Result: you will learn to perform the exercises yourself, gaining independence in maintaining your beauty.
Facial Massages
Just like regular workouts at the gym can help you achieve a lifted, toned body, after several months of consistent face fitness exercises, you will see how your face begins to change. Your face will become more toned and youthful, wrinkles will diminish, the quality and density of your skin will improve. These techniques are unlike anything you’ve tried before.
Face Fitness is a natural alternative to injections and other cosmetic procedures. It is popular worldwide. You can train not only your body muscles but also your facial muscles.
7 NEWS ABOUT FACE FITNESS AUSTRALIA BY KSENIA ROSE
How do facial exercises work?
Over the years, these changes become more pronounced: the face, neck and body lose their shape, wrinkles appear and the contours and proportions of the face change. Volume is lost in the muscles — in the temples, cheeks and lips. The cheeks become flatter and sag downward, the lower third of the face becomes heavier, the upper eyelids drop and puffiness appears.
We don't notice how our face gradually ages — it happens slowly, day by day. And then suddenly we discover visible signs of aging. Muscle activity decreases, blood circulation slows down, the shape and size of the muscles change, along with a loss of elasticity. Muscle mass decreases — the muscles become shorter, thinner and narrow. Some muscles weaken and lose tone, while others accumulate tension, tightness and blocks.

Facial Anatomy & Face Fitness
2. Why Should You Do Facial Exercises?
Face Fitness stimulate metabolism, activate natural biochemical processes and improve lymphatic drainage, helping reduce puffiness.
Through facial exercises, we restore the muscle framework — improving the position, shape, volume and length of the muscles. This makes the skin smoother, tighter and firmer.
Our face changes not only with age but also because of daily harmful facial habits. Every day, often without realizing it, we worsen our appearance and accelerate aging: pursing our lips or clenching our teeth, wrinkling our nose, tensing our chin, squinting, frowning or hunching over our phones. These actions deform the face, neck and body, causing tension and wrinkles to appear. Regular facial exercises helps relax the muscles, improve posture and reduce harmful facial expression habits over time.

3. Why Is It Important to Perform a Full Set of Facial Exercises?
Facial exercises differ from body exercises because facial muscles are much thinner and weaker than skeletal muscles, so exercises must be performed gently and delicately. We relax most of the muscles and train others to achieve balance in the face. Facial muscles are attached at one end to the bone and at the other, they connect to the skin or other muscles, forming an interconnected system. That’s why it’s important to perform a full set of exercises for all areas of the face, not just focus on one problem area, to achieve results.
The first technique I mastered that brought lasting results was facial fitness. In 2017, I began practicing them, laying the foundation for preventing age-related changes and maintaining natural beauty. The earlier you start, the longer you can preserve your face’s natural youthfulness and freshness.
With regular practice, results improve, become more stable and have a cumulative effect — that’s how natural rejuvenation works.
Now, I just need to maintain the results I’ve achieved. I love my pleasant self-care routine and enjoy doing the exercises. Thanks to natural rejuvenation techniques, I’ve been able to restore and enhance my face.
If you’re looking for a 100% natural way to rejuvenate, sculpt and lift your face — keeping it fresh, expressive and youthful — these techniques are for you.

Why Muscle Relaxation Is Important for Maintaining Facial Youth and Contours
Facial Muscle Relaxation
For example:
Tension in the muscles of the face and neck over time leads to unwanted changes.
  • Chewing muscles: The face broadens, the temples hollow and the jawline loses definition.
  • Eye muscles: Wrinkles form around the eyes.
  • Lip muscles: The lips become smaller, wrinkles form around them and the nasolabial folds deepen.
  • Chin muscles: The chin tightens upward, altering the shape and contour of the face.
  • Forehead muscles: Wrinkles appear and the upper eyelids begin to sag.
  • Neck muscles: The neck’s position shifts, shortening it and pulling the face downward.

  • Neck muscles: The neck’s position shifts, shortening it and pulling the face downward.
It’s impossible to relax muscles once and for all, even if all causes of tension are removed — we lead active lives and use our face, neck and body every day. This is why it’s so important to gain the knowledge and skills to address these issues independently throughout your life.
To prevent these changes, it’s essential to follow a set of exercises that combine restorative and relaxing techniques. Additionally, in my course, I explain harmful facial habits that should be changed to maintain the youthfulness and natural beauty of your face.
Why Is It Important to Do Facial, Neck and Posture Exercises Together?
The Face and Body: A Unified System
This is how natural rejuvenation techniques work, restoring your natural youthfulness and freshness.
The body, neck and face are closely interconnected, so for visible results, it’s important to work on all areas simultaneously. A combination of facial and body exercises helps gradually restore alignment: posture improves, muscles relax and the skin becomes smoother.
Wrinkles, puffiness, a bloated face, drooping eyelids — the face sags and its contours change. You may notice the appearance of a double chin, a shortened neck, raised shoulders, more frequent tension in your face, discomfort in your neck and heaviness in your body. These changes can significantly affect your mood and diminish your confidence.
The face does not age separately from the body. The condition of your posture and neck directly affects how your face looks. If your posture is slouched, your neck leans forward or your back is rounded, age-related changes intensify day by day. Everything shifts downward in a chain reaction: the neck, chin, jawline, corners of the mouth and so on.
Clients have achieved results after completing the course by following my recommendations during regular independent practice.

Correct Technique — The Key to Results
Why is it important to learn and do facial exercises correctly?
The main goal of face fitness is to smooth and relax the face, not to create new wrinkles. One of the fundamental principles of this method is complete safety
Wrinkles should not appear while performing facial exercises.
  • Muscle tension does not increase
  • The skin is not pulled
  • Folds ad wrinkles are not formed

F.A.Q.
frequently asked questions
1. What makes the Face Gym course unique?
You take the course live with me — not just through recordings.
The key feature of my approach is that you never start your practice on your own, without preparation.
Before you move to independent training, we go through the entire program together.
I explain each exercise in detail, correct your technique and give personalised recommendations, taking into account your individual features, harmful facial habits and goals.
Thanks to this foundation, your home practice becomes safe, correct and truly effective.
2. How does Face Gym training work?
Training is held in small groups or one-on-one sessions. During the training, I work individually with each participant, guide hand placement, explain the technique in detail and help you master each exercise so that you perform it correctly.
You receive personalised recommendations and answers to your questions, taking into account the features of your face, neck and posture. The main goal of the training is to pass on the technique in a  hands-on way, so that after the course you can practise confidently and independently at home.
After the training, you receive access to exercise recordings for 3 months, allowing you to practise independently at your own time.
3. Why is it worth learning Face Gym facial exercises with a trainer?
Working with a trainer in person helps you learn the exercises correctly, notice and correct mistakes and adapt the technique to your individual facial features. The main value of the training is a hands-on transfer of technique, so you clearly understand how and why each exercise is performed.
The training is based on an individual approach, taking into account problem areas, harmful facial expression habits, face type and age-related changes. Every face is different and the same technique may suit one person but not another. A trainer helps you choose the most suitable technique and adapts the exercises when needed. Because everything is explained in detail, mistakes are minimised from the start.
After the training, you gain a skill that allows you to practise independently, confidently and consciously, supporting a more relaxed and refreshed appearance through natural facial rejuvenation techniques.
4. Which course should I start with and how do natural rejuvenation techniques work together?
The Face Gym Course is the core course I recommend starting with. It is the foundation of the practice. Just like building a house — the foundation comes first and everything else follows. This base helps structure the practice correctly and makes the results more stable and long-lasting.
At the same time, you can start with any technique — such as cupping self-massage, gua sha or book a facial massage with me. All of the methods I offer are independent programs and deliver results in their own way. Natural rejuvenation techniques complement and enhance each other’s effect. When combined, they allow you to improve the condition of the face more quickly and effectively.
5. Do I need any experience before starting the Face Gym course?
No, you don’t need any experience.
You will learn all the exercises step by step during the course and I explain how to perform them correctly, taking into account your individual facial features.
The course is suitable for people of different ages and fitness levels.
6. At what age can you practise Face Gym facial exercises?
You can practise facial exercises at any age. Whether you’re 20, 30, 40, 50, 60 or 70, it’s important for all of us to like our reflection, feel confident and see a well-cared-for, vibrant and relaxed face.
At a younger age, facial exercises help release tension in the facial muscles, correct harmful facial habits formed from childhood and work with posture. This is a great form of prevention and a way to support the face in a healthy condition.
As we get older, the relevance of facial exercises only increases. After the age of 30, wrinkles, creases and puffiness tend to appear more often, while stress, fatigue and everyday facial habits have a stronger impact. All of this accelerates age-related changes.
With regular practice at any age, the face gradually begins to relax and "come alive": skin quality improves, density and firmness increase, tension decreases and facial contours become more defined. The exercises work with all areas of the face, the neck, posture and the overall condition of the tissues.
It’s important to understand that Face Gym exercises are not about "going back to a younger age", but about supporting natural processes, tissue health and looking your best at your current age.
7. What skin types are Face Gym facial exercises suitable for?
Face Gym facial exercises are suitable for all skin types.
The main requirement is that the skin must be fully healed and free from active inflammation. Exercises are not recommended if there are fresh skin injuries, sunburn, open wounds or active breakouts.
If your skin is currently healing, it’s best to wait until it has fully recovered before starting the practice.
8. Are there any contraindications?
Yes. A direct contraindication is any illness in an active or acute phase, as well as a medical restriction from your doctor on performing any exercises or massage techniques.
If you have health concerns, it is best to consult your doctor before starting the course.
9. Will facial massage help if I feel tension in my neck?
Yes. Facial exercises can be combined with injectable and cosmetic procedures. However, each case is considered individually and depends on the type of procedure, the treated area and the time since the procedure.
After injectable or device-based treatments, a pause is usually required to allow the tissues to recover fully and for the results of the procedure to stabilise. Recovery timelines vary depending on the type of treatment. In most cases, this period may range from 3 to 6 months or more. It’s recommended to follow the advice of the practitioner who performed the procedure and begin practice only after their approval.
Before starting the course, each client completes a short questionnaire so recent procedures can be taken into account and the approach can be adapted accordingly.
Face Gym is an educational program by Face Fitness Australia and does not interfere with medical protocols. For any health-related questions or recovery after procedures, it’s important to follow the recommendations of your doctor or cosmetic practitioner.
10. Can I practise Face Gym facial exercises after surgery or medical treatments?
Face Gym facial exercises are recommended only after full tissue healing and with your doctor’s approval. Once recovery is complete, you can return to the practice.
11. Can Face Gym facial exercises help reduce puffiness and improve the condition of the face after cosmetic, dental or surgical procedures?
Yes. Recovery after cosmetic, dental or surgical procedures is always individual and puffiness may persist for some time.
It’s important to wait until the tissues have fully healed and to consult with your doctor or the practitioner who performed the procedure before starting facial exercises.
Face Gym facial exercises focus on gentle, supportive work with the face, supporting lymphatic flow and reducing the feeling of congestion. With regular practice, this may help reduce puffiness, gently ease tension and gradually improve the overall condition of the face.
12. When will I see the results?
Some people notice the first changes after the very first sessions or within the first few weeks of practice — it depends on individual features. For some, changes appear faster, for others a little more gradually.
With regular practice, the effect builds up over time. After around 1−3 months, many people notice that the results become more visible and stable — the face looks fresher, more lifted and more youthful, when the techniques are performed consistently and my recommendations are followed and with continued practice the changes may gradually deepen.
Another important part of achieving results is paying attention to everyday harmful facial expression habits. Lowering the head and pressing the chin to the neck, slouching, sitting in tense positions, pursing the lips, frowning or tightening the forehead day after day increases tension in the face and neck. The exercises help release this accumulated tension and gentle awareness and self-control throughout the day can significantly enhance the effect of your practice. I explain this in detail during the Face Gym course.
Over time, many people enjoy the exercises so much that they become a pleasant beauty ritual and a way to care for themselves.
It’s a special feeling when, using your own hands, you gradually lift the eyelids, reduce puffiness, soften the forehead and frown lines and release facial tension. You begin to feel lightness, tone the cheeks and cheekbones, notice your shoulders opening and your posture improving — and this natural rejuvenation practice becomes an enjoyable part of your self-care.
13. How long does the result last if you stop practising?
How long the results last depends on several factors. One of the key ones is how long and how regularly you’ve been practising. Face Fitness has a cumulative effect — the longer you practise, the more stable the results become.
There is a clear difference between practising for a few months and for example, several years. With long-term, regular practice, muscle memory has time to adapt and the achieved results tend to last longer.
Individual factors and the starting condition of your face also matter. For some people, practising three times a week is enough to maintain the results, while others may need to practise more often — for example, four to five times a week.
And of course, harmful facial and other everyday habits play an important role. Even if you practise regularly, but continue to slouch, clench your teeth, hold your head forward, raise your shoulders, etc., the effect will last less.
14. Do facial muscles hurt when practising facial exercises?
No. Face Gym exercises are based on a safe, gentle and mindful approach to working with the face, neck and posture. Facial muscles should not feel sore after practice like body muscles do after the gym — no aggressive techniques are used. This goes against the principles of the method: we don’t "pump" or overstrain the face, but gently strengthen weaker muscles and relax tense ones (for example, the chewing muscles, the frown muscles between the eyebrows and the chin muscles).
During the process, you learn to better feel your face and softly release tension that has built up over time and throughout life. After practice, the face feels lighter and fresher and the muscles feel more balanced — without tightness or unnecessary tension. It’s hard to explain in words — it’s better to try and feel it for yourself. The practice feels light and pleasant, leaving the face relaxed and well cared for.
15. Will Face Gym facial exercises help reduce a heavy and tense feeling in the face?
Yes. Face Gym facial exercises help reduce sensations of heaviness and tension. After the practice, the face feels lighter, more relaxed, appears fresher and more well-rested. The muscles soften, tightness eases and the face looks more alive and naturally lifted.
16. Will Face Gym facial exercises help if my face looks tired and puffy?
Yes. Regular practice of Face Gym facial exercises helps release tension and relax the facial muscles. As a result, lymphatic flow improves, fluid retention decreases and puffiness is reduced. The face can look fresher, more relaxed, well-rested and lifted, while the skin appears firmer and more refreshed.
17. Can Face Gym facial exercises help with jaw muscle tension and teeth clenching?
Yes. The Face Gym course includes a combination of exercises and techniques that may help reduce tension in the jaw, ease tightness in the chewing muscles and support the release of accumulated tension.
Jaw muscles are often under constant tension. This tension can build up over a lifetime due to stress, fatigue, emotional load, teeth clenching and other everyday factors.
Face Gym facial exercises focus on gentle relaxation and release of facial muscles and connective tissues. With regular practice, this can help gradually reduce accumulated tension, restore a sense of lightness and support a more comfortable feeling in the jaw area over time.
What makes Face Gym unique is that you learn how to work with this tension independently and develop a habit of regular relaxation and release.
18. Can Face Gym exercises help if I feel tension in my neck and have posture issues?
Yes. The Face Gym course includes exercises and techniques that work with the neck, shoulder area and posture, which may help reduce tension and a feeling of tightness in these areas.
Neck tension and postural imbalances often develop gradually over the course, due to stress, prolonged sitting, computer work and other everyday habits. This can directly affect the face by increasing puffiness, disrupting lymphatic flow, making facial contours less defined and creating a sense of facial heaviness.
Face Gym exercises focus on gentle relaxation of the neck muscles, posture awareness, and supporting healthy blood and lymph circulation. With regular practice, this may help gradually reduce accumulated tension, restore a sense of lightness in the neck and support a more correct head and shoulder position.
What makes Face Gym unique is that you learn how to work with your neck and posture independently, building a habit of regular relaxation and support for healthier body alignment.
19. How much time do I need to spend on the Face Gym exercise routine?
If you are just starting, your self-practice after completing the course may take around 40 minutes or slightly more. At first, you will do the exercises, watch the training videos and follow along to learn the techniques correctly and consistently.
At the beginning, a bit more time is needed. Once you become familiar with the technique, the exercises are performed faster.
Over time, the full exercise routine takes around 20 minutes on average. I personally complete the entire routine in 15−20 minutes. It’s important to remember that we are all different: for some people it will come faster, for others it may take a bit longer. But if we want to maintain a youthful face, correct posture and a beautiful long neck, we need to be willing to make time for ourselves.
We easily spend time on social media, favorite TV shows, makeup and many other things — often without noticing how much time passes. Facial exercises do take time, but they give real benefits: a more lifted, smoother and more relaxed face, better posture and a relaxed neck. For that, I believe it’s worth making the time.
Any new skill requires time, consistency and willingness to learn. We learn dancing, foreign languages or even cooking a new recipe in the same way: the first time, we look at the recipe, follow the instructions, measure the ingredients and spend more time. With practice, it becomes easier — the recipe is no longer needed and you know how to prepare the dish confidently, effortlessly and quickly. Face Gym works the same way.
20. How often should I practise Face Gym exercises?
The frequency of practice is always individual and depends on several factors, including age, personal characteristics, the extent of age-related changes and the condition of the face, posture and neck.
For some people, practising 3−4 times a week is enough to maintain results, while others may need 5−6 sessions per week, especially at the beginning or when working with more noticeable changes. There is no universal schedule, as everyone is different.
It’s important to understand that the Face Gym exercise routine is not a one-time practice, but ongoing work with facial muscles, body alignment, posture and the neck, as well as everyday habits. The course is based on relaxation and restoring healthy muscle tone in the tissues, combining exercises with techniques to release tension and improve lymphatic flow. Using gentle yet deep techniques, the practice works with blood flow, lymphatic flow, muscles and skin to activate natural processes within the tissues. This is why regular practice plays a key role.
Individual recommendations on practice frequency are provided within the course, taking into account the needs of each client.
21. Why do I recommend taking photos before and after?
I always recommend taking photos before and after the first session, as well as during your practice, to better see how your face is changing. We see our face every day and quickly get used to our reflection, which makes changes easier to notice in photos.
The results are cumulative: with regular practice, your face changes gradually, day by day. When you compare photos taken 1−2 months apart (and sometimes even after the first session), it becomes easier to track what is changing for you.
It’s important to remember that these photos are for you only — they often become the best motivation and help you stay consistent. They help you see your progress, as they show your personal journey. It’s very interesting to look back at photos after 1, 2, 3 or 6 months, after a year and beyond — this is when progress is most clearly visible. Regular exercises also help to maintain results and make them more noticeable over time.
22. Why does the face reflect how we live?
We live under constant stress and in a fast-paced rhythm — tension, emotions and fatigue gradually build up and are reflected not only in the face, but also in the neck and posture. This can show up as muscle tightness, harmful facial habits, a "heavy" feeling in the face and overall tiredness.
The condition of the face is directly connected to the body and everyday harmful facial habits. Over time, muscles may lose flexibility, tension accumulates, lymphatic flow slows down, puffiness appears and the face starts to look less refreshed. For example, a habitual frown can make the face look more tense or unfriendly — even when you feel calm and friendly on the inside.
Face Gym facial exercises help gently work with this tension, support muscles in a more balanced state, normalise their function and restore a more correct position of the head and neck. As a result, a feeling of lightness returns and the face looks more relaxed and "alive".
Regular practice is a form of self-care and prevention of age-related changes. With consistency, it helps you maintain a fresh, well-groomed appearance for longer and support your results through natural rejuvenation methods over time.
23. In what format can I take the course?
You can take the course in person with me on the Gold Coast or online if you live in another city or country. Regardless of the format, I guide you through the exercises, help you perform them correctly, adjust the technique when needed and answer your questions during the training.
24. Is the online format as effective as in-person training?
Yes, the online format is just as effective. During the video session, I clearly see your movements, guide you through each exercise, help correct the technique and answer your questions. The structure and content of the training are the same as in the face-to-face format.
25. How long do I have access to the course?
After completing the live training (in person or online), you’ll have access to a private Instagram group with recordings of all exercises for 90 days, so you can rewatch them and practise on your own from any device.
An extension of access may be available for an additional fee — please check with your trainer.
26. How does payment for the Face Gym course work?
